I purchased a 100ml bottle of Nuxe Dry Oil on July 24, 2023, and stored it as a backup. Today, I finally opened it, and the scent is completely off—it smells nothing like the authentic Nuxe oil I’ve used before. Instead, it has a strong, unpleasant, spoiled odor that makes me question its authenticity.
I paid 405₺ for this product, and now I have no idea what’s actually inside. I am certain this is not genuine Nuxe Dry Oil, and I am extremely disappointed.
I demand an immediate investigation and resolution. Either confirm the authenticity of this product or issue a full refund. Customers should not have to worry about counterfeit or poor-quality items when purchasing trusted brands!
