I ordered Nuxe Men Contour Des Yeux Multi-Function Eye Cream, but when it arrived, the box was torn at the top and placed inside the package in this condition. This has seriously damaged my trust in a company I have relied on for years.

Receiving a product with a broken seal makes me question whether it was opened or even used before. This kind of carelessness is completely unacceptable for a brand like Nuxe.

I expect an immediate resolution to this issue. Was the product tampered with? I request a replacement or refund.
