Farmareyon Sent the Wrong Nuxe Products—No Support for Returns




I ordered three Nuxe Bio tinted moisturizers from Farmareyon, but they sent me the wrong products. Two of them were completely untinted regular moisturizers, and the third was not even the correct shade I ordered.
I immediately tried to initiate a return, but there is no return button on the website, and I can’t reach live support at all. The packaging on the items is inconsistent—two have one type of box, and the third is different, yet the labels they stuck on don’t even match the products inside.
I need Farmareyon to fix this mistake and provide an easy return process. Customers shouldn’t have to struggle to correct a company’s error. Where is the customer service?
