Trendyol Canceled My Origins Order Due to Shipping Damage

I ordered an Origins eye cream and mask through Trendyol, but I received a notification that my order was being returned due to shipping damage. I immediately tried to contact Trendyol's customer support through live chat and phone calls multiple times, but I got no real solution.
They simply told me that since the package was damaged, it would be returned and refunded, and I would have to place a new order. However, now both products are being sold at double the price compared to when I originally purchased them! Why should I have to pay more for something that wasn’t my fault?
I expect Trendyol and Origins to fix this issue immediately. I don’t want a refund—I want my original order shipped at the price I paid. Please resolve this now!
