As a consumer who has been regularly purchasing and using all Nutella products for years, I have been experiencing serious grievances for about 3 years due to the point system. When I want to use the points I accumulate from the products, I encounter a completely unfair system under the name of 'gift times', which seems like a total deception. I collect points, but when it comes to using them, I am practically unable to use my points due to gifts that run out within seconds and campaign periods that are almost impossible to catch.
When I previously contacted Nutella officials about this issue, the matter was brushed off with general statements such as that the campaigns would continue, and no concrete improvements were made. While both I and many other consumers experience the same problem, ignoring this situation further increases the sense of injustice.
My request from Nutella is very clear and actually quite simple: To establish a point redemption system that is truly usable, fair, transparent, and accessible to everyone. I want clear options to be presented to the consumer and, if the points are sufficient, to be able to receive these gifts without having to race against time.
