Novakid New Year Intensive Lessons Disappeared Before Class

I purchased a 4-lesson package under Novakid’s January promotion called “New Year Intensive” for $39. I paid by credit card and have the receipt. After the purchase, the lessons appeared in the system, and I even received a booking confirmation for the following day along with a reminder message stating, “You have a lesson tomorrow.”
At the scheduled lesson time, my child and I were ready at the computer, but shortly before the lesson, we noticed that it had completely disappeared from the system. I later learned that the 4 lessons I purchased through the promotion were deducted from my existing monthly 12-lesson package. As a result, I was unable to use the promotional lessons I had paid for. This situation is both misleading and unfair.
I contacted Novakid customer service regarding this issue, but I believe they handled the matter inaccurately and misleadingly, failed to understand the problem, and did not offer a solution. I request that the issue I experienced on February 3, 2026, be resolved and that the 4 promotional lessons I purchased be separately credited to my account in accordance with the amount I paid.
