Our NovaKid Course Rights Have Been Unjustly Deleted!
We received our 2nd Package in January. This package consists of 20 lessons and there is no time limit. In order to take lessons from the same teacher we planned lessons for weeks and continued to attend our lessons, but on May 23 we forgot to attend the lesson because we did not receive a reminder message 1 hour before. When we entered the system, we saw the lesson deleted, we thought that there was a possibility of compensation and tried to move the lesson. However, we did not understand whether we could carry lessons or not. A few days later, when we entered the system, we saw that the course was moved, but our right to the course was deleted for the 2nd time because it was not entered. We tried to reach Novakids, but we couldn't reach anyone alive because the system has completely changed, we left notes for them to get back to us, but they wrote that they did not have such an opportunity. When we could not resolve the situation, we stopped logging into the system. By the way, we were unable to enter the system during our illness. After a long break, we entered the system 8 days ago and saw that 4 of our courses were deleted in total. The system has assigned a lesson to July 26, of course, they do not send information and reminder messages. Then it was canceled because the class was not attended. 4. The deletion of the course right is the most interesting! They have been deprived of our course rights as if we had not attended the course that our teacher canceled before. We request you to reach us as soon as possible, return our lessons and send a reminder message before the lessons as before.
