Novakid Group Lessons Failed Due to Technical Issues, No Compensation Offered

I purchased a 3-month membership with Novakid, which included 4 group speaking practice lessons as a bonus. However, during the group lessons, the slide materials never loaded, leaving my child unable to see the lesson content. As a result, the lessons were completely unproductive and a waste of time.

When I reported the issue during the lesson, I was told the support team would respond in 2-3 hours. By the time they replied, the lesson was already over, and their response was generic, suggesting a speed test or basic troubleshooting. Despite having a good internet connection and accessing the system through their recommended link on a computer, the issue persisted.

Novakid’s focus seems to be on dismissing complaints rather than resolving them. I demand proper compensation for the missed lessons and a functional system that prioritizes customer satisfaction. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.
