I purchased an item from Zara Korupark AVM, and the price charged at checkout did not match the tag price. Due to being in a hurry and using contactless payment, I only noticed the issue after checking my receipt at home. The price on the tag was 2090₺, but I was charged 2590₺, meaning I overpaid by 500₺.
This kind of pricing discrepancy is unacceptable. I expect Zara to refund the 500₺ difference immediately. I have proof of the price listed on the tag and the amount deducted from my account. I demand that the overcharge be refunded to my IBAN as soon as possible!
