Unable to Generate Return Code for My Nine West Order

I’m trying to return my recent Nine West order, but generating a return code has been impossible. The mobile app keeps displaying an error every time I try, making it impossible to proceed with the return. I’ve tried everything to resolve this on my own—uninstalling and reinstalling the app, switching to a browser, and even trying to contact customer service. Nothing has worked. Despite multiple attempts, I can’t reach customer service for assistance, and the system just won’t let me move forward with the return process.

This is incredibly frustrating, as I simply want to complete a straightforward return. Nine West, please resolve these technical issues and help me initiate my return as soon as possible.
