Nine West Women's Boots Were Worn 5 Times And Were Torn At The Fold
After wearing the Nine West women's boots I bought from Nine West five times, they ripped at the fold of the foot. I had a conversation with a Customer Service representative named Mr. F*****, who let me know that they were unable to help me. So, I went ahead and filed my complaint with Xolvie, an organization I really trust, and I'm not going to give up until they uphold my consumer rights. I'll keep you posted once I hear back from Nine West.

They contacted me regarding my complaint, but in short, they were not helpful. Think twice before buying Nine West; they do not offer exchanges for defective products.
