On February 22, 2023, I bought a pair of sports shoes (Product code: AH6789-001-8) from an official Nike store (Ankara A-city Shopping Mall). The Nike logo on the side fell off soon after I bought it. I filled out Form 1-4-189450, which is a consumer complaint form, and sent it in for review. I was told that nothing would be done because it was a mistake on my part. But this wasn't the case, because the shoes weren't damaged and it happened when they were being worn normally. I thought that a review from such a well-known brand would be more customer-focused, and I was disappointed that my complaint wasn't taken into account. I told them I was hurt in the earthquake in Islahiye, Gaziantep, and didn't even have a spare pair of shoes. Even though this was true, the salesperson didn't care. It was very disappointing to see how careless the company's workers were. As someone who has used Nike products for a long time, I'm disappointed by this. I hope that my problem will be taken seriously and that a solution will be found. If I don't get any results, I will have no choice but to go to court.
