When I called Nike customer service to report the issue, I was met with a dismissive tone, zero empathy, and a complete lack of interest in helping. I was shocked by how unprofessional and careless the support team was.
I paid ₺ expecting durability and support—not to be ignored when the product fails prematurely. I’m demanding either a full refund or a replacement pair. Nike, you claim to stand behind your products—now prove it. This is unacceptable, and I won’t let it slide.
