On September 22, 2024, I purchased a pair of Nike Jordan (FQ8162-142-6.5Y) from the Nike store in Acity Ankara. After only one month of use, the edges of the shoes started deteriorating, showing visible material damage.
On December 28, 2024, I submitted a consumer complaint form (No: 148721) to the store where I purchased them. However, after 20 business days, my request was denied, with the response stating that "no manufacturing or material defect was detected."
Since then, I have sent four emails to Nike’s support team (on 26.01.2025, 31.01.2025, 10.02.2025, and 08.03.2025), yet I have received no response. The damage on my shoes was not due to personal misuse—it started as minor peeling and progressively worsened over time.
Nike, I expect accountability! This is clearly a product defect, and I demand a replacement or a proper resolution. Ignoring customer complaints is unacceptable.
