Nike Zero Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Nike is a global brand that has no quality and no customer satisfaction! I spent 4000 TL on a pair of shoes, expecting high quality, but they only lasted a month before the soles began to peel off, making loud, creaking noises as if I were walking with crickets under my feet! I used these shoes in a mall, not a field or on rough terrain; my daily routine includes driving to work. Despite the fact that I did not subject the shoes to any harsh conditions, they deteriorated quickly. Nike, a reputable company, should have acknowledged the flaw in their product, but instead blamed me, the customer, for the problem. This is an unacceptable response for a brand of their caliber.
