My Son’s Nike Football Cleats Fell Apart in 4 Months

I bought a pair of Nike football cleats for my son, and in less than 4 months, the sole completely detached from the shoe. This kind of damage is unacceptable from a brand like Nike, especially considering how much I paid (₺) for what was supposed to be a durable, high-performance product.
I reached out to Sportive, where I bought the cleats, and was told to go back to the specific branch I purchased from. The different Sportive stores seem to push responsibility back and forth, acting like they’re separate companies. But aren’t they all part of the same brand? Why is there no unified customer support process?
I’m shocked that Nike would allow such a poor-quality product to hit the shelves and then refuse to offer a replacement or refund when the issue is so clearly a manufacturing failure.
Nike, I am requesting an urgent exchange. Don’t let your trusted brand image suffer over a faulty pair of shoes. This is not the experience customers expect, and you need to stand behind your products—especially when they fail this quickly under normal use.
No one called or showed any interest at all. We sent it back for a refund, but they keep telling my son it's still being inspected and a decision is pending. This is the second time I bought cleats from this company, trusting them. My son's matches will end in 2 weeks. We are still waiting for the cleats to be replaced.
