I'd like to tell you about a negative experience I had. When I discovered that the drawstring on the NikeTech tracksuit I purchased in March had become untied after only a few washes, I was very disappointed. I have probably only washed it three times as a result of my son's request that I not do so too frequently. I made sure to follow the care instructions, which included washing it on a gentle cycle with a low heat setting and turning it inside out before doing so. I am writing to respectfully request that you make it a priority in your products to ensure the high quality of such specific details. As customers, we have the right to expect that the quality will be in accordance with the brand's reputation and the amount we paid. I am thankful.
