Hello to everyone. When I bought two pairs of Nike sweatpants for my son, I had high expectations for the quality. My excitement, however, quickly turned to disappointment. The black pair faded in three months, while the gray pair wore out and tore in the crotch area in four. I contacted Nike's customer service, and they assured me that they would assist me. I returned the products, but to my dismay, no one helped me and they simply returned the items. I spent 3,000 TL hoping for the best, but Nike's commitment appears to end at the point of sale. I'm eager to get my money back and find a reputable company that stands behind their products. Nike must address their quality issues and keep their customer promises.
