I Face Logo Peeling on My Nike Dri-FIT Tracksuit After Only a Few Uses
Around 5–6 months ago, I purchased a Nike Dri-FIT tracksuit from an official Nike store. To my surprise, the Nike logo on the right leg began peeling despite the fact that I’ve only worn the product a total of five or six times. For a premium brand like Nike, this kind of wear and tear in such a short time is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
This issue has been ongoing for about two weeks now, and I’ve been trying to reach Nike customer service and the store where I bought the item. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to speak with anyone or receive assistance. All my purchase and warranty details are registered in your system, so verifying my claim shouldn’t be a problem.
I’m requesting a full replacement of the defective tracksuit and a resolution for the inconvenience I’ve experienced. I chose Nike expecting quality and reliability, but this experience has made me question the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Please respond promptly and resolve this issue without further delay.
