Nike Turned Its Back On 7-Day Old Sneakers Breakdown User Error



The Nike shoes I bought started showing a major defect after only three days of wearing them. The front of the shoes completely came apart, rendering them unwearable. When I went to the store to ask for a replacement, they refused my request and told me that the shoes could not be exchanged. I followed the suggested procedure and was informed that I should expect a response within 21 days. However, it took four more days before we received any communication from your team. Even though I went to the store multiple times, I didn't receive any updates or a clear explanation for the delay. I find the customer service at this level to be quite disheartening, especially when considering Nike's well-established reputation as a reputable brand, they can't persuade anyone that they are a big brand from now on.
