Incorrect Nike Shoe Order and Delayed Refund Issue


I purchased shoes from Nike and was disappointed to find that I received a pair that was completely different from what I had expected. The model, size, and color were all incorrect. I returned them, and was informed that my refund would be processed by July 26th. Nevertheless, as I pen this on August 6th, my refund is still nowhere to be found.
Each customer representative offers varying information, with some of them (particularly today's) displaying a rather impolite demeanor. Their focus appears to be more on evading the issue rather than resolving it. I've come to the realization that their customer service leaves much to be desired. They express regret for the inconvenience but fail to take any action to address it.
