Nike Women's Shoes Develop Cracks After Three Uses

32

I purchased a pair of Nike women's shoes, and to my disappointment, cracks appeared at the front of the shoes after just three uses. I returned to the store where I made the purchase within twenty days to express my dissatisfaction. The product inspection department confirmed that there were no issues with the material. Unfortunately, no exchange or refund was given. I think the response from a brand like Nike should be different. It would be greatly appreciated if you could give more attention to my request and provide a response regarding a pair of shoes that were only used for twenty days. Considering that even shoes used for a year can be replaced or refunded, I hope for a fair resolution.
