I Wore My New Nike Shoes Once and Got Injured, But They Refused My Return
I purchased a pair of Nike shoes 15 days ago and only wore them for one day. I’ve been buying Nike for years, but I’ve never encountered such an uncomfortable and cheaply made pair. After wearing them for just one day, the shoes severely hurt my foot to the point that I had to go to the emergency room.
Before the return period expired, I brought the shoes back to the store. However, because they had been worn once, they refused to process a return and instead sent them in for an inspection. Today, I was notified that the return request was denied.
So now I’m stuck with shoes that I can’t wear and paid a full price for. This isn’t what I expect from a global brand like Nike. How can you treat loyal customers this way? I was injured and still offered no solution. I demand a proper resolution and refund for the defective product. Please stop ignoring valid complaints and take accountability.
