Nike  Sportswear Tech T-shirt Kind Of Melted On Different Parts

Hello, I bought a tch sweatshirt (2.400 TL price) for my son on 26.11.2022 from the Nike (Barçın Spor) branch in Izmir Hilltown Shopping Center. After 4 months, I found that the product had melted in different parts of the product. (The product was washed in accordance with the washing instructions, there is no shrinkage, shrinkage or color change). I took it to the store where I bought it and requested a replacement, the authorized person in the store stated that it should be sent for inspection and that a replacement could be made according to the answer from there, he was very surprised when he saw the product himself and stated that the result of the inspection would most likely result in a replacement. The product was sent, but I was informed that there was no manufacturer's defect without any explanation. Upon my objection, the product was sent again and I encountered the same result. When I asked how this product could come to this situation, the authorized people in the store could not comment. They gave me the phone number of the review unit and told me that I could get information from there and that the store could not do anything. How can a product bought from a store like Nike not have an addressee, I bought this product by paying the price from this brand, which I trust its quality, I was treated as if I bought it from the market, if I bought a similar product in the market, it would not have come to this situation. I have not received the product yet, they told me from the store that they would call the review unit and return. I demand an urgent return and replacement of the product. I will also apply to the Consumer Court.
