Nike Refused to Accept My Warranty Claim for the Defective Shoes I Bought

Do not buy it and don’t let anyone else buy it either! I purchased a product from Nike at Gaziantep Sanko AVM on 23.11.2024. I sent it in for inspection because the seams started to stretch and the fabric began to deteriorate. While selling the product, they proudly mentioned it was under warranty, and it was sold at a high price. Unfortunately, they sent a message back with misleading wording, saying there was no issue. The response read: “Dear Consumer, the necessary inspections regarding the complaint on the consumer complaint form have been carried out by our authorized units, and no production/material defect was detected. Therefore, we regret to inform you that your request cannot be fulfilled. You can collect your product from the store you sent it to with the inspection form provided.” I am absolutely not satisfied with this response from Nike, who expects us to accept a poor-quality product after paying a premium price. Don’t fall into the same trap. Don’t believe them when they claim it's under warranty—because no matter what, they’ll just label the problem as user error. Nike should know that I will raise this issue wherever necessary and fight for my rights until the end.
