Nike Fails to Provide SMS or E-mail Notification for a Placed Order
I did not receive any SMS and e-mail information about the purchase I made on https://www.nike.com/tr/ on 09.07.2023. I cannot see my order in any way, I reach the customer representative. I am really astonished. Is customer satisfaction so unimportant for the Nike team? I am really surprised, frankly, I can neither cancel my order nor get information about the status of my order. Although I have been dealing with this for days, there has been no positive feedback. Why is this so unimportant to you? Isn't this your job. People have so many options these days, it's just so easy to exclude you, I mean, if you go down this road, it's highly possible that you'll have a bad reputation soon.
