Nike Refund Approved but Still Not Received After 3 Months
I sent my Nike shoes for inspection due to defects, and on June 22, I received an email confirming that my refund was approved. However, it’s now been three months, and I still haven’t received any refund. Despite repeated follow-ups, Nike claimed the payment was made and even sent me a refund receipt in September. The receipt showed multiple failed transfer attempts since June, and only on September 2 did they claim a successful transfer. They mentioned in the email that the funds would be available in 12-14 business days, but to this day, nothing has been refunded. My bank, Yapı Kredi, confirmed that no refund from Nike has been received. After thoroughly checking my account, they found no trace of any refund. I am attaching the refund receipt here and demand that Nike immediately process the refund, or I will escalate this to Consumer Rights. My order number is G10114317612.
