My Nike.com Order Has Not Yet Arrived
I placed an order for a pair of shoes worth around 3000 TL on Nike.com on July 2nd. According to the Nike website, it reached the destination country on July 6th. However, when I clicked on the shipment tracking link on the Nike website, it redirected me to the page of a company called Pts. When I tracked the shipment there, my address appeared correct. However, it seems that they also collaborate with domestic courier companies like Yurtiçi Kargo and Jetizz for distribution. When I was redirected to jetizz.com with the tracking code on the Pts page, my address, which is Bursa, appeared as Sivas. Realizing this on July 8th, I contacted the Pts officials. They told me to call them again on Monday, July 10th. When I called them again on Monday, there was confusion in their system. They said they had changed the distributor to Yurtiçi Kargo. However, as of today, July 11th, it shows that our package has been delivered. Just now, when I spoke with the Nike.com representatives, they mentioned that the shipment codes provided by Pts to Nike.com also did not match. This level of incompetence is unbelievable. I have been shopping online for years and have never experienced such nonsense. I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
