Nike Couldn't Deliver Product Which Passed Customs 22 Days Ago
NIKE is unable to deliver a purchased product (order code : 90010168706990) that had past Istanbul customs 22 days ago. I can't get a proper/satisfying answer from the customer relationship office in Turkey. Their tracking system makes it impossible to get a refund before they find out where the missing product is. I'm so exhausted that I don't want their delivery anymore, I just want a refund without further delay.
