Unauthorized  UPI Debit From My Bank Account

I hold an account with Punjab National Bank registered at the Lakhisarai, Bihar branch. On 27/05/2026, an amount of ₹1,00,000 was withdrawn automatically from my account linked with the UPI ID 7857880***-2@ybl, even though I did not make or authorize this transaction. I did not receive any OTP or alert that I could use to stop this, and the money was taken without my knowledge or consent. This is clearly an unauthorized transaction and has caused me serious financial and mental stress. I request Punjab National Bank to urgently investigate this matter, identify how this transaction was processed without my authorization, and provide a full refund of the ₹1,00,000 to my account. I also request that my account and UPI ID be thoroughly checked for any security issues and that necessary steps be taken to ensure such an incident does not happen again. I expect a written clarification on the findings of your investigation and a prompt resolution of my complaint.
