My Preply Tutor Account Has Been Blocked With No Reason

I have been working as an English tutor on Preply full time since July 2025 and have completed more than 1,600 lessons and hours on the platform. On 06/22 my tutor account was suddenly and permanently blocked while I was not even using the platform at that moment, and I received only a brief message stating that my account had been blocked, without any specific reason or explanation. This is my only source of income, and I have never received any warning, penalty, or temporary suspension from Preply before this permanent block. I tried to contact support, but each time a ticket was created and then closed immediately without any answer or explanation, and I was not given any possibility to clarify the situation or defend myself. I request that my frozen payment be released as soon as possible, since this is my main livelihood. In addition, I kindly ask for a clear written explanation of the reason for the permanent block on my account and, if possible, a review of this decision and reactivation of my tutor profile. I expect a transparent and fair response regarding both the payment and the status of my account.
