Nike Air Monarch Making Squeaking Noise After 1 Month – No Support

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Monarch (black) shoes from In Street just one month ago, and the right shoe has already started making an annoying squeaking sound from the heel. I reached out to both Nike and In Street, hoping for a solution, but neither provided any assistance.

I paid ₺3200 for these shoes, expecting quality and durability, but instead, I am left with a defective product and no customer support. A global brand like Nike should stand behind its products, yet they are ignoring a clear defect.

I feel completely let down and will never purchase from Nike again. I would not recommend this brand to anyone. I demand a proper resolution—either a repair, replacement, or refund. Nike, take responsibility!
