On August 29, 2023, I bought a pair of Air Jordan shoes from the Nike store at İzmir Optimum. After approximately five months of use, I experienced the unfortunate problem of the product unexpectedly tearing apart. Even though the cashier assured me of a two-year warranty at the time of purchase, I was disappointed to learn that the store refused to provide a refund or exchange when I contacted them six months later, despite having the receipt. I am thinking about submitting a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I will address this issue and insist on either receiving a replacement or a refund for the product. If my request is fulfilled, I will retract my complaint. I am very let down by Nike regarding this situation and I sincerely hope for a resolution that aligns with my expectations.
