Nike Air Max 270 Kids' Shoe Air Pocket Deflated – Warranty Claim Unjustly Denied
Dear Nike Support,
On April 6, 2024, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 270 kids' shoes. Recently, the Air pocket in the sole has deflated (it appears to have burst). On October 12, 2024, I returned to the store where I bought them and submitted a warranty claim. However, on October 31, 2024, I was informed that the inspection found no defect in the product or materials, and my claim was denied.
As the user, I can confidently say we used the shoes carefully. They were worn only in the city center, with no rough usage, external impact, or excessive wear. Through research, I discovered that similar complaints about this model are quite common. It feels unfair that the burden of this fragile design falls on the customer.
We request a more thorough inspection and a detailed explanation. I look forward to your response regarding a replacement or an alternative solution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
