Nike Air Force Shoes from Sneaks Up Damaged in 1.5 Months, Complaint Ignored

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force shoes from Sneaks Up and, despite not using them for any intense activity or long walks, the front sections of the shoes started to come apart just 1.5 months after purchase. When I brought the shoes to the store, they said they would inspect them. However, after nearly 3 months, I received no update. Upon visiting the store again, I was told that my complaint had been rejected as no material defect was found. Additionally, the shoes were returned to me with a noticeable purple stain, which wasn’t there when I dropped them off. As someone who primarily uses a scooter for transportation, I find it hard to believe that these shoes would fall apart so quickly. I expect a resolution.
