Nike Air Force Shoes Fell Apart Within a Year – Warranty Claim Denied

I bought a pair of Nike Air Force shoes about a year ago, but unfortunately, the inner lining has torn and the side of the shoe has started to come apart. I submitted the shoes for inspection, only to receive a message informing me that my claim had been rejected.

It's quite disheartening to see Nike, a well-known brand, reject my claim for these shoes that came with a 2-year warranty. I kindly ask for a reassessment and appropriate resolution of this matter.
