My Nike Air Force Shoes Started Coming Apart in 3 Months and Warranty Was Denied
I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force sneakers from an official Nike store, expecting the premium quality the brand is known for. But within just 3 months, the stitching started to come apart—a clear sign of poor durability for a shoe at this price point (₺).
I sent the shoes in for inspection, hoping Nike would stand behind its product. Instead, I received a response stating there was no material defect. So now I’m left asking: Is this the level of quality Nike thinks is acceptable? Because it certainly isn’t acceptable to me.
I wear my shoes under normal conditions—nothing excessive, no misuse. Yet the product has failed in such a short time, and Nike refuses to take responsibility or offer an exchange. That’s incredibly disappointing for a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction.
