Nike Air Force F01 Series Shoes Quality Disappointment

I purchased Nike Air Force F01 series shoes from a Nike store on June 6, 2023. After wearing them only a few times (as I use boots or other shoes in winter), I stopped using them. When I started wearing them again, the back of the shoe began to hurt my heel, and the inner back lining tore. I returned the shoes to the store on June 3, 2024, less than a year after purchase, and they were sent to the inspection unit. Unfortunately, the inspection unit denied my claim and asked me to take back the shoes. As a loyal Nike customer who consistently expressed satisfaction everywhere I go, I'm disappointed that such a defect in the product emerged within a year, and Nike, a brand I trusted and respected, did not honor its reputation by accepting this faulty product. I will never choose Nike products again and will voice my dissatisfaction wherever I go.
