Nike Air Force 1 Front Separation After 4 Months – Inspection Team Denied Replacement
Hello, I purchased Nike Air Force 1 shoes from the Capitol Nike store on 06/04/2024. After approximately 4 months, the front of the shoes began to separate without any reason. I returned them to the store, and they were sent for inspection. However, the inspection team denied my request for a replacement. Despite the shoes deteriorating due to their own lack of quality, the inspection team dismissed my claim, which I believe is unfair. They took 2 weeks to provide a response, but I don’t believe they genuinely cared or properly investigated the issue. I feel I’ve been treated unjustly, especially considering the high price of the shoes and the fact that they started falling apart within just 4 months. I would like to formally complain about Nike, particularly the product inspection team, and request a replacement as soon as possible. (I couldn’t attach a photo because the shoes are still with them, but I will upload one as soon as I receive them back.)
