Since July 12, I've been trying to get my Nike order from Pts Express, but there's still no sign of my package. They said they would send it on July 19, but the tracking shows that it has been sent back. When I try to get in touch with their customer service, I wait for hours and no one answers. It's frustrating to deal with a courier service that doesn't respond, especially when it's part of a well-known company like Nike. I can't believe how carelessly they handle deliveries and how terrible their customer service is. I need my order, and this whole thing has made me feel upset and frustrated. If on-time deliveries are important to you, you should stay away from Pts Express.
