Lost Nike Order with PTS Cargo
I recently purchased new shoes from the Nike website and am currently waiting for PTS Cargo to deliver them to me in Izmir. Nonetheless, much to my dismay, not a single piece of information about the shipment can be found. I have no idea whether or not the shoes were returned, nor do I know where they are now. The package has been held by PTS Cargo in Izmir for the past five days, according to the website; however, it is not near me at this time. I'm annoyed and dissatisfied because there haven't been any recent updates. I am hopeful that Nike and PTS Cargo will work with me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
