I purchased the Nike ZoomX Trail running shoes, and initially, they seemed perfectly fine. But after just a few uses, the rear rubber section began to deform and started hitting the back of my heels with every step. This issue quickly turned painful, causing serious blisters on both of my heels. It has affected my daily life, making it difficult even to walk comfortably.
Because of the wounds the shoes caused, I can no longer wear them. This is the last thing I expected from a premium brand like Nike. I bought the shoes through a reputable platform—N11—and experiencing this level of discomfort and injury has been extremely disappointing.
I am requesting an immediate inspection of the product to determine if there is a manufacturing defect. If so, I expect a replacement or full refund without delay. These shoes should not cause injury after minimal wear, and Nike needs to take this matter seriously.
