I purchased the Nike Air Max Plus (TN) expecting high quality and durability, given its premium price and branding. Unfortunately, on the very first day I wore them, I experienced a minor fall—and the shoe’s side panel tore significantly. I was shocked that a top-tier sneaker could be this fragile. For a shoe in this segment, such quick and severe damage is unacceptable.
I immediately took the product back to the store, hoping for a fast resolution. Instead, I was told the shoe would be “sent in for inspection,” with no clear solution or compensation offered at the time. This lack of accountability is disappointing, especially since the tear happened on day one of use, clearly exposing a flaw in the material or construction.
Nike promotes this model as both durable and performance-ready, but my experience tells a different story. I’m demanding a full replacement, as the current pair clearly didn’t meet the standards promised.
Nike, please treat this issue seriously. I’m calling for you to resolve my complaint based on customer satisfaction and product integrity. I trusted your brand, but this experience has left me questioning that trust. I expect swift action to correct this situation.
