Nike Pegasus Trail 4 Gore-Tex—Toe Area Damaged, No Support from Nike

I purchased a pair of Nike Pegasus Trail 4 Gore-Tex Men's Outdoor Shoes 3–4 months ago from the Nike website for around ₺5,000. Since I rotate between multiple pairs, I have not used these excessively, yet they have already started showing serious wear.

The toe area near my big toe is deteriorating and about to tear, which is completely unacceptable for a shoe designed for outdoor durability. I sent the shoes to Nike for inspection, expecting a resolution, but they dismissed my claim, stating that there was no issue and simply returned the shoes to me.

I have documented photos of the damage, and anyone can see this is not normal wear and tear. Nike, I demand a proper evaluation! Either replace my shoes or provide a real solution.
