Lightly Worn Nike Shoes Crack But Store Denies Warranty Claim
My son exclusively wore his Nike shoes for leisurely strolls. He never used them for any athletic activities. Even with his cautious handling, the front of the shoes ended up opening and the orange sections developed cracks. We bought these shoes in June 2023 and brought them to Balıkesir Koray Sport. On February 12, 2024, we got them back, marked as user error, even though they were still under warranty. We insist on exchanging the shoes one-for-one.
