Nike Shoes Peeling After 1 Month - Warranty Denied!

On December 18, 2023, I made a purchase of two pairs of shoes from the Nike store at Konya Kule Site, amounting to approximately ₺10,000. Regrettably, one side of a pair started to peel apart externally. My request for inspection under warranty was denied, claiming it was due to user error. Even though I used the shoes in a neat and organized way, I received a negative response. I kindly request a timely replacement of my product. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to pursue my rights as a consumer.
