I purchased a pair of Nike Vomero 5 sneakers from the Nike Forum İstanbul store on March 8, paying ₺7.200 for what I believed to be a premium product. However, after just 25–30 days of careful use, the light pink inner lining became covered with dark stains—as if the underlying fabric had started to bleed dye. Even worse, this discoloration transfers onto my white socks, leaving visible marks after each wear.
I never washed or mistreated the shoes. Despite my care, Nike has claimed "user error" and completely avoided responsibility. But I firmly believe this is a manufacturing defect, not a result of misuse. No shoe—especially from a brand like Nike—should exhibit this kind of material failure within weeks.
I chose Nike for its reputation, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. A company of this caliber should not deny accountability for such a basic quality issue. I stand behind my expectations because I paid for a reliable product and received something that fell far short.
I demand either a full refund or a product replacement. If this isn’t resolved within 14 days, I will escalate the issue through all available consumer protection channels.
