Poor Nike Shoe Quality: Early Damage and Frustrating Customer Service

After only two months of use, my Nike shoes began tearing and opening up in multiple places on the upper vamp area. I took the product to the Nike store at Eskişehir Espark AVM for inspection, and they determined that it was not a manufacturing defect, but rather a user error. I couldn't believe it - how could I have made such a blunder as to cause multiple vamp openings? Could the Nike brand have been my only blunder? This experience perplexed and frustrated me. I'm sharing this story to connect with others who may have had similar problems with Nike products and to raise awareness about my poor customer service experience. A brand like Nike should be known for its quality and durability, and I hope that they can address such issues more effectively in the future to ensure customer satisfaction.
