Nike's Careless Reaction to Defective Shoes

I can't believe Nike, a company known for its high prices and prestige, was so careless. My sneakers only lasted about 20 days before they started falling apart. It's extremely frustrating, and their lack of accountability is vexing. I bought these for my daughter, and they started to deteriorate after only 20 days. Despite clear evidence of a flaw in the product, Nike dismisses it as user error, leaving customers high and dry while profiting unfairly. I paid 2700 TL for a pair of barely worn shoes, and I demand an end to this ordeal. It's disheartening to see a reputable brand like Nike taint its image with such disregard for its customers. I want a replacement for these faulty shoes, and Nike must accept responsibility for its products.
