I Face Cracking and Noise Issues on My Nike Court Vision Lo NN and Can’t Get a Refund

I bought a pair of white Nike W Court Vision Lo NN sneakers from the In Street store at Çorlu Orion Mall. I only wore them for about an hour before the front of the shoe cracked while I was walking down stairs. On top of that, the shoe started making an annoying noise with each step. Even though I bought my correct size, the shoes felt loose and looked misshapen on my feet—almost like they weren’t even genuine. I immediately returned to the store and explained everything. They sent the shoes in for inspection, and two days ago I got a message saying the damage was “not due to a manufacturing defect.” How is that possible after only one hour of use?
To make things worse, I’ve now been waiting nearly a month and still don’t have the shoes back. I received an SMS saying they were at the Orion store, but when I made the 40-minute trip from Silivri, the staff said the shoes were still in shipment. This level of miscommunication is absurd. I contacted customer service again and heard the same scripted lines—"We’ll follow up,” “We’re escalating your request”—but nothing is ever resolved.
All I want is a proper refund of the ₺3,500 I paid so I can buy new shoes elsewhere. I haven’t worn the shoes since that first hour and sent them in immediately after. Now I’m left with nothing—no refund, no shoes, and no answers. It feels like a joke at this point. Even customer service doesn’t know where my shoes are and casually says they’ll “check the security footage.” This is beyond unprofessional.
Summer is almost over, and the shoes I bought specifically for the season have been missing since June 26. If you don’t resolve this, I will escalate this issue all the way to CİMER and the Consumer Court. I demand my money back immediately—and if the shoes ever arrive, I’ll throw them in the trash right in front of your store. This level of incompetence and customer mistreatment is absolutely unacceptable.
